Building further upon the very popular UP USB-DAC line-up from Shanling. A new flagship USB-DAC is introduced: Shanling UP5. Much improvements in this new model, upgraded DAC’s to ESS Sabre ES9219C, Qualcomm QCC5120 bluetooth implementation and 3 outputs: 2.5mm, 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm. The UP5 boasts a small OLED screens for easy access to settings and playback information.
Shanling UP5 is equipped with a powerful Dual DAC chipset housing two high-performance ESS9219C DAC chips same as their M3X Hi-Res player. ES9219C is a premium audio DAC chipset from Sabre Technologies that provides high-resolution signal decoding support. It is paired with an advanced XMOS USB signal processor that helps the UP5 to decode hi-res PCM and DSD signals along with the latest MQA decoding. The UP5 supports multiple hi-res codecs including LDAC, LHDC, AptX HD, AptX LL, and many more that ensures high-quality signal transmission over the wireless connection.
